कुछ समाचार पत्र व मीडिया समूह मौके का फायदा उठातेहुए स्पीक एशिया को बदनाम करनेका षड़यंत्र कर रहे हैं वे हमारे नवीनत बिजनेश माडल को एम एल एम व पिरामिड स्कीम बताकर लोगों को गुमराह करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। हालांकि हमारे पैनलिस्ट पूरी तरह ऐसे तथाकथित मीडिया समूहों की ब्लैक मेलिंग को भांपते हुए इन तमाम झूठी अफवाहों से पार पा चुके हैं किंतु स्पीक एशिया का उदाहरण देश के राजनैतिज्ञों, कार्पोरेट घरानोंव समाज के प्रतिष्ठित वर्ग व चिंतकों के लिए चिंतन का विषय होना चाहिए कि कैसे मीडिया किसी साफ सुथरे ईमानदार कारोबार को भी अपने कुत्सित इरादों से बर्वाद करने का षड़यंत्र रचता है।
मनोज कुमार ने कोर कमेटी के कुछ अधिकारियों से अधिकारियों व प्रतिद्वंदियों की प्रताड़ना के बावजूद हौंसला बनाए रखने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि मुसीबत की इस घड़ी में हम यदि बुलंद हौंसलोंकेसाथ डटे रहे तो निश्चित तौर पर जीत हमारी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मीडिया में हमारे बारे प्रकाशित व प्रसारित की जा रही अधिकांश खबरें पूर्वग्रह से प्रेरित हैं इसीलिए इनसे विचलित होने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं। एक सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि मिनिस्ट्री आफ कंपनी अफेयरस् की ओर से उन्हें जांच संबधी कोई नोटिस नहीं मिला है, किंतु यदि ऐसा होता भी है तो कंपनी का दामन पाक साफ है हम उसे तमाम एजेंसियों की जांच प्रक्रिया के दौरान साबित करेंगे।
मनोज कुमार ने मीडिया से आग्रह किया कि वह भ्रमक प्रचार न कर मार्यादित आचरण करे क्योंकि हमें बदनाम करने के चक्कर में वह वास्तव में अपने ही विश्वसनीयता के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहा है। मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि स्पीक एशिया तमाम पैनलिस्टों का बकाया भुगतान करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है तथा ईमानदारी से अपना कार्यसंचालन करना चाहती है। कंपनी को अभी अपने अचीवरस् को पुरस्कार भी वितरित करने हैं। कंपनी ने अपनी स्पष्ट नीति का ऐलान करते हुए एकाउंट बंद होने की सूरत में भी प्राडक्ट के माध्यम से अपने पैसे विड्राल करने का विकल्प पैनलिस्टों को उपलब्ध करवाया है ताकि कंपनी के प्रति लोगों का भरोसा पूर्ववत रहे।
उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वे की रकम से पिन बनाने की आप्शन जो कुछ समय के लिए बंद कर दी गई थी फिर से खोल दी गई है। अब पैनलिस्ट पिन बना कर अपनी एंट्री डाल सकते हैं। मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि उनके लिए पैनलिस्टों के हित सार्वोपरि हैं जिसके साथ वे कभी समझौत नहीं करना चाहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही स्पीक एशिया की साईट पर एग्जिट आप्शन खुलने वाली है। जो भी व्यक्ति कंपनी से अपनी राशि निकलवाना चाहे वह इस आप्शन का प्रयोग कर अपनी धनराशि वापस ले सकता है।
उधर कंपनी के उच्च अधिकारी 3 अगस्त से पे आउट्स शुरू होने की बात कर रहे हैं। सर्व प्रथम कंपनी उन लोगों के पे आउट्स क्लीयर करना चाहती है जिन्होंने 27 मई के बाद उस दौर में कंपनी को ज्वाईन किया जब कंपनी के खिलाफ मीडिया में धुआंधार नाकारात्मक समाचार प्रसारित हो रहे थे। कंपनी सूत्रों के मुताबिक उस दौर में कंपनी पर लगभग 4 लाख पैनलिस्टों ने भरोसा जताया जिसके धन्यवाद के तौर पर कंपनी सबसे पहले उन्हीं लोगों के पेआउट्स जारी करने जा रही है। मनोज कुमार ने मुसीबत की इस घड़ी में पैनलिस्टों के धैर्य की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि पैनलिस्टों का सहयोग व हौंसला ही हमारी वास्तविक ताकत है तथा इसी के बूते हम चारों ओर से घिरे होने के बावजूद अपनी हर लड़ाई पूरी हिम्मत से लड़ रहे हैं। और हमें पूरा यकीन है कि अंततयः विजय श्री स्पीक एशियन का वरण करेगी।

स्पीक एशिया: एस्क्रो अकाउंट से होंगे पेंडिंग पेमेंट्स

स्पीक एशिया मेनेजमेंट ने लगभग तय कर लिया है कि पेंडिंग पेमेंट्स का काम एस्क्रो अकाउंट से पूरा किया जाएगा, जबकि भारतीय बैंक में खाता खोलने की विधिवत प्रक्रिया भी शुरू की जाएगी।
सूत्र बताते हैं कि लंबित भुगतानों को बहुत ज्यादा समय तक रोके रखने से पैदा हो रहे विरोध को लेकर स्पीक एशिया प्रबंधन बहुत चिंतित है और वह बिल्कुल नहीं चाहता कि एसएमएस, फोनकॉल, ईमेल और दूसरे माध्यमों से सामने आ रहा यह विरोध किसी भी तरह से कानूनी रूप से सामने आए। अत: सरकारी अनुमति के बाद लंबित भुगतान की प्रक्रिया पर काम शुरू हो गया है। प्रबंधन एस्क्रो अकाउंट के जरिए सभी लंबित भुगतान करने का मन बना रहा है। एक्सपर्टस का कहना है कि यदि एक बार एस्क्रो अकाउंट से पेमेंट का काम शुरू हुआ तो अधिकतम 2 सप्ताह के भीतर सभी भुगतान पूरे कर दिए जाएंगे। कहीं कोई बकाया नहीं रहेगा।
इसके अलावा मोबाइल और एलसीडी की डिलेवरी अगले शुक्रवार से शुरू हो जाएगी, इससे पहले जिन लोगों ने इसे क्वालिफाइड किया है उनके पास एक संदेशा भेजा जाएगा।

Hi all Speak Asians,
A group of 50 team leaders (Including my team leader Sathish sahni), distributors, zonal managers, few panelists etc met Mr. Tarak Bajpai on July 22nd in New Delhi and spent about 35 minutes in his office......Following are the important messages given by him..
1. SpeakAsia have submitted all the relevant documents and papers for completing it's registration in India....Now the Govt have to say the final word..He said it's a "wait and watch" situation and told everybody to expect the good news soon.
2. SpeakAsia will move to Supreme Court of India, if it's not given the right to do proper business in India . He hoped that such a situation never comes..Said that Spk Asia has a team of strong legal force...
3. SpeakAsia has alternative options and more than enough funds to start the payment to panelists even today...But company doesn't wish to take those options untill they get a final word from the Govt bodies....Starting the payment throgh these options may again invite Media war against the company..
4. No cases have been filed against company by anyone, anywhere...such news are absolutely wrong..
5. Company desperately want to start the payment ASAP and the delay is due to reasons beyond their control.... No dates regarding the start of payment can be announced now, as the registration is not yet complete....Some sources are intentionally delaying the verification of the documents submitted by spk asia..He requested the team leaders, managers, distributors etc not to speculate any dates about starting payment like August 1st week or 2nd week...PAYMENT DATE CAN BE ANNOUNCED ONLY AFTER PE ESTABLISHMENT AND REGISTRATION....So Just wait..
6. The office in Navi Mumbai have finished 90% of it's construction...finishing touches going on..Hope to start the office around August 15th..
7. Prize distribution has already started, but in a slow pace...
8. Old reward points (RP's earned before May 27th can be used only for pin purchase/subpanel and product purchase). These Rps canoot be used for cash request through bank accounts..
9. Verfication of PAN CArd, e-mail, mobile, address etc will be done systematically after PE establishment...
10. Requested the full support of all spk asians in this fight....
After a small photo session with the group Tarak Bajpai, left the office for a meeting in Mumbai......

I request you to permit speakasia for permanent establishment in india and start its business in india.. I also request you to start the bank accounts of the company so that company can pay us our money... There are many members in india those who have not received even a single paisa from their earnings... Their are many panelist who left their jobs as SpeakAsia gave them wonderful lifetime opportunity to earn...SpeakAsia gave a wonderful earning opportunity to many unemployed people in india....Even the foreign money was coming in india...If Speak Asia starts again in India with an Indian identity..our government would be earning very handsome revenue through tds, sale tax, service tax, income tax, etc...If nothing is negative in SpeakAsia than why the government is not allowing speakasia to work smoothly ???? Whats the reason for stopping the work of SpeakAsia in india ? Is it Permanent establishment in india ???? If yes than why the government is not completing the formalities of registration of the company ???
If SpeakAsia is not allowed to start its business than just think what will be the condition of people who left their jobs for SpeakAsia ??? What will be the condition of the people who were unemployed before the wonderful gift given by god in the name of SPEAKASIAONLINE ?? Sucides ??? or more worst than that ???

Surveys are back
Dear SpeakAsian,
As promised, the surveys are back today. However, as you know, our bank accounts continue to be inoperative as per directives from the authorities and we are unable to process any cash request or payouts. Very Good News about RBI clearence
RBI Positive Circular about SAOL dated 15 july 2011
Today RBI has come with a positive circular given to all banks about the payment given by SAOL to its panneist account in India.The Circular is yet to be publish and can be available by today or Monday on official website of RBI.
This circular is the instruction to banks that they can allow TT(Telegraphic Transfer) given by SAOL from outside India to remit the amount into Indian bank account of the panelist.
This is a positive sign for all the speakasian as this will allow the payments like earlier.
Earlier ,on May 28 RBI issued an circular to all banks that they may extra watch on the activity of SAOL money transfer and keep an eye to the panelist account,due to this the banks in India start denying the TT given by SAOL and other companies.

about the latest update.Following were the output of the discussions:-
1. Mr Narayanan was very much confident and positive about SAOL.
2. Website will be fully functional by 20 July.
3. Products will be uploaded at regular interval of time.
4. Payouts will get started by last week of july.
5. Might be Those who joined lately will be given preference first for payouts.
6. Lavish office established in goregaon,mumbai.
7. Clerance from Govt soon and PE under process.
8. Tie Up has been done with Mobile service provider (India based)and Insurance Company(Canada base).
9. Massive Advertisement campagin will be start from 20 july.
10. Business Restart meeting to be held on 17 july.
11.Bank account to be opened by 25 july.
12.By 1st week of August ,the scenario of speakasia will be same as it was in April 2011..
All speakasian eagerly waiting for the payouts and hopefully very soon we all start our business with glory...

स्पीक एशिया के बिजनेश माॅड्यूल को अधिकारी भी मीडिया की नजर से देख रहे हैं। उन्हें भी इस दाल में मीडिया की भांति काला नजर आ रहा है। दस जुलाई को आरओसी द्वारा पेश की जानी वाली रिपोर्ट में स्पीक एशिया को भरोसे के लायक कंपनी मानने से आरओसी ने इंकार कर दिया है। हालांकि स्पीक एशिया से आज दिनांक तक न तो सरकारी अधिकारियों द्वारा कोई पूछताछ की गई है और न अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए कहा गया है किंतु अधिकारी अपने ही दिमाग से उल्टी सीधी रिपोर्ट पेश करने पर आमादा हैं। सरकार के सौतेले व्यवहार से कंपनी को आने वाले दिनों में और मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है , किंतु स्पीक एशिया प्रंबंधन ऐसा कदापि स्वीकार नहीं करता। प्रबंधन ने फिर दोहराया है िक वह कोई भी ऐसा कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं जो नियमों के खिलाफ हो इसी लिए वे अपनी योजनाओं पर काम जारी रखेंगे।

स्पीक एशिया का सफर जितना सुहावना है उतने ही इस रास्ते में रूकावटें व बाधाएं भी स्वाभाविक हैं। अब नई समस्या है पुराने आरपी को जल्द से जल्द खत्म करने की। रजिस्टरार आॅफ कंपनीज ने स्पीक एशिया के भारत में पंजीकरण के लिए यह शर्त रखी है कि पहले वह अपने पैनलिस्टों की पुरानी देनदारियां पूरी तरह चुकता करे या फिर उस पर बची देनदारियों को सरकारी खाते में जमा करे तभी उसकी नई कंपनी का पंजीकरण भारत में हो सकेगा। जानकारेंा के मुताबिक पैनलिस्टों का पैसा सरकारी खजाने में जमा करवाना पैनलिस्टों के साथ बड़ा धोखा होगा क्योंकि तब पैनलिस्टों वह पैसा लंम्बी कानूनी प्रक्रिया के बाद ही मिल पाएगा जिसमें सालों का समय लग सकता है। दूसरा जब तक भारत में कंपनी का पंजीकरण नहीं हो जाता तब तक वह कोई वैध खाता यहां नहीं खोल सकती जिससे पैनलिस्टों को सीधा भुगतान करना संभव नहीं। यह सरकारी पेंच कंपनी के द्वारा पंजीकरण की दिशा में की जा रही तमाम जद्दोजहद पर पानी फेर सकता है। इन आरपी को समाप्त कर कंपनी की शून्य देनदारी साबित करना कंपनी के सामने बड़ी चुनौती है। कंपनी ने इस देनदारी को समाप्त करने के अनेक संभव विकल्पों को खोल दिया है। जैसे आप कंपनी के द्वारा लांच किए गए कोई भी प्राॅडक्ट खरीद कर अपने पुरानी साईट के आरपी बर्न कर सकते हैं। आप अपने या किसी अन्य के लिए हवाई जाहज की टिकट, रेल टिकट या फिर होटल बुकिंग की आॅप्शन लेकर अपने प्वाइंट बर्न कर सकते हैं जिससे कंपनी पर देनदारी कम हो या फिर इंश्योरेंस पालिसी लेकर भी प्वांइट बर्न कर सकते हैं। कंपनी के अधिकारिक बयानों के मुताबिक कंपनी की नई साईट में दो ओल्ड और न्यू मनी वाॅयलेट होंगे आपको ओल्ड मनी ई वायलेट के आरपी उक्त तरीके से बर्न करने होंगे जबकि न्यू साईट के आरपी की आप खाता खुलने के उपरांत कैश रिक्वैसट डाल पाएंेगे। आप पूर्व की भांति पिन जैनरेट कर या फिर कंपनी की साईट के लिए विज्ञापन बुंिकंग कर भी अपना बकाया पैसा कंपनी से वसूल सकते हैं। कुल मिला कर कंपनी को इस मुश्किल घड़ी में संकट से उबारने का सारा दारोमदार फिर कंपनी के 20 लाख पैनलिस्टों के हाथ में आ गया है । अब जितनी जल्दी वे अपने आरपी बर्न करेंगे उतनी ही जल्दी कंपनी व्यवस्थित हो सकेगी।
