Zee Business said : ROC has submitted the report to MCA and company found to violate section 591, under which company working in india through its franchisee needs to take permission from MCA for working in the country, and in the consequences, fine may be imposed on the company and if the franchisee are large in number then they may also be involved in the fine.
Final report to be submitted in two Days.
